Easy to use.  ComplaintWorthy is designed so that users won't need manuals or training to immediately begin using it to track complaints.  The user interface is intuitive and appealing.  ComplaintWorthy is easy to learn and simple to use.

Flexible and powerful.  Track complaints by agency, person, and staff.  Each complaint can have multiple people (contacts) associated with it.  Each person (contact) can have multiple complaints.

Unlimited notes.  Enter unlimited notes on each complaint.  Notes are identified by author, date, and time, and are fully searchable.

Manage staff workload.  Track the number of open and closed complaints by staff member and date range.  Drill down to view complaint status and details.

Supports hierarchical agencies.  Agencies can be organized hierarchically, with complaints tracked at any level.

Define your own complaint types.  For example,

Flexible deployment options  We can host ComplaintWorthy for you on our server, in which case we manage the database, and perform regular backups and server maintenance.  Or you can take full control by deploying ComplaintWorthy on your own server.  ComplaintWorthy is written in Ruby on Rails.

No lock-in.  Your data belongs to you and can be easily exported and downloaded on demand.  In fact, we recommend you download your data regularly for backup.
